Every PrismWorks pilot agrees its scorecard before implementation begins: the baseline, the target, how each metric is measured, and who signs the result. Below is the structure, illustrated with a renewal-preparation workflow at a multi-office brokerage.

Reviewers decide
The professionals who own the work score acceptance. If they would not sign the output, the metric fails regardless of what the system reports.
